A credit card is not a prerequisite for renting a car. The rental fee can be paid in cash or by bank transfer (in advance). On the other hand, the refundable deposit collected at the moment of renting a car can be blocked on a debit card (not a credit card). You can also make a cash deposit when renting a car. Thus, having a credit card is not a prerequisite for renting a car in our company.
